Dissolve Gall Bladder Stones Naturally

Stones, or calculi, in the gall bladder are formations of toxic products mainly made up of cholesterol crystals, calcium salt, phospholipids and lecithin. These products, with time, are filtered through the liver and accumulate in the gall bladder. (The gall bladder is a small sack connected to the liver which gathers the bile secretions).

Symptoms:

Gall bladder stones: When one of these stones obstructs the bile ducts that go to the intestine, a sharp colic is produced starting in the upper part of the abdomen and extending toward the back.

· To relieve the pain it is recommended to take a bath with cold water up to the waist and then alternate with warm water at the time the symptoms begin (colic). This is done to reduce the abdominal inflammation.

· Drink a lot of water with Aloe Vera Nectar and cranberry juice. These are good products to reducing inflammation in addition to helping expel the tiny stones toward the intestine.

· Lecithin is an indispensable element to emulsify fats and cholesterol. It is a type of “organic soap” that the body uses to dissolve these fatty compounds in the liver. Lecithin helps impede stones from being formed in the gall bladder because of its power to dissolve and emulsify fats. Because of this, lecithin is one of the best products to eliminate gall bladder stones or calculi through the intestine.

· Fibre – fibre stimulates the digestive functions and in turn causes there to be a greater production of bile juices which help to expel the stones towards the intestine.

· Niacin – Niacin or Nicotinic Acid is another element which has been found to stimulate the production of bile juices. Fibre as well as Niacin are elements that assist in the lowering of blood cholesterol because they are the raw materials of bile juices.

· Sprinkle 2 or 3 teaspoons of granulated lecithin on salad. Add it to a soup or any type of juice or other food.

Suggested Daily Intake Of Supplements:

· Forever Garlic-Thyme (with lecithin) – Dissolves the fats; emulsifier. Thyme is anti-spasmodic. Strengthens immune system.

· Aloe Berry Nectar – Anti-inflammatory, pain inhibitor, digestive.

· Aloe Blossom Herbal Tea – Stimulates digestion, pain inhibitor.

· Arctic Sea Super Omega 3 – Dissolves the fats, contains HDL.

What Are the Benefits of Vitamin B12 & Folic Acid?

Anemia Prevention

If you have either a B12 or folic acid deficiency, you may develop anemia, a condition in which your body does not have enough red blood cells to deliver adequate amounts of oxygen to your body. Low vitamin intake may hinder your body's ability to make new red blood cells and may cause anemia. Symptoms include dizziness, weakness, an irregular heartbeat, headache, shortness of breath, fatigue and irritability. If a blood test confirms that your anemia is related to low levels of folic acid or B12, dietary changes or supplements recommended by your doctor may restore your health.
